Fire Cider
How to Make your own batch of Fire Cider
When you make fire cider at home, you’re creating a nutrient-rich tonic that supports immune health, respiratory function, and digestion. Using fresh, whole ingredients increases its effectiveness while giving you full control over strength, spice level, and sweetness.
Ingredients
Gather the following organic ingredients:
1 Onion (chopped)
2 Lemons (sliced)
1 Orange (sliced)
1 Cup Horseradish (peel & dice)
1 Cup Ginger (peel & dice)
1 Garlic Head (peel & chopped)
1 Jalapeño (chopped)
3 Hot peppers (Serrano/Cayenne)
1 Tbsp Peppercorns
4 Cinnamon sticks
32 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
Honey
Directions
Add all ingredients (except the honey), into a 64 oz mason jar (half gallon).
Pour Apple Cider Vinegar into the jar and make sure it covers all ingredients.
Put the lid on, give it a little shake and store in a cool, dark place for 4 weeks.
Make sure to shake the jar every day.
Once the 4 weeks is done, strain the contents into a mesh strainer and into a bowl; discard the ingredients.
Add 1 cup of Honey to the apple cider vinegar and mix well. Add more honey to reach your families preference on taste.
Store in the fridge, it will last for 6 months.
Dosage:
Do not give to children under 1 year old (because of honey)
Adults take 1 Tablespoon daily and children take 1 teaspoon daily.
🔥 Enjoy a fiery, homemade cider to power your immune system naturally. 🔥
